Chinese Painting is one of the oldest continuous artistic traditions in the world. Chinese painting involves essentially the same techniques as calligraphy and is done with a brush dipped in black ink or colored pigments. As with calligraphy, the most popular materials on which paintings are made are paper and silk. The finished work can be mounted on scrolls. Traditional painting is also done on album sheets, walls, lacquerware, folding screens, and other media.

Hand Drawing is the re-creation on lanterns, fans, umbrellas, and other items with color pens as tools. The main materials are things with typical Chinese cultural elements like lanterns, paper fans, opera masks and so on. The DIY process is actually a cultural experience.

Featuring world renown artist, Li, Shouyou. In 2009, his painting was selected into “People’s Favorite Artwork of Sichuan Daily 60th Anniversary Exhibits”. 25 of his artworks was collected into the “ Chinese Painting” published by Sichuan Painting Press. In 2013, his artwork joined in the Sichuan Excellent Artwork Exhibit in UN Chinese Culture and was exhibited in Vienna, Austria. In 2014, his artwork “ Jade color in the Pond” joined the 2014 Chengdu Art Expo. His painting won the Excellence Prize in the 7th National Modern Nature-view Painting.
